隱私權政策 · 藍牙探測儀（BlueRadar）

一句話版本：你掃描到的藍牙裝置資料只留在你自己的手機上，我們沒有伺服器可以收。本 App 內含 Google 的廣告、分析與當機回報服務，這些第三方會收到的資料，全部列在下面第三節與第四節。

一、本 App 在你裝置上處理、且不會外傳的資料

藍牙探測儀沒有帳號系統，我們也沒有自己的後端伺服器。以下資料完全不會離開你的裝置：

• 掃描到的藍牙裝置資訊——裝置廣播的名稱、藍牙位址、訊號強度（RSSI）、製造商識別碼、服務 UUID。這些寫進手機本機資料庫，只有本 App 讀得到。
• 你自己設定的資料——自訂裝置名稱、釘選狀態、一公尺校準值、上次找到的時間。
• 你的地理位置。Android 系統規定：App 要掃描藍牙就必須取得定位權限，因為藍牙掃描結果理論上可用來推斷位置。本 App 申請這個權限純粹是為了讓系統允許掃描——程式不讀取 GPS、不呼叫任何取得座標的介面、不記錄也不上傳任何位置資訊。
• 相機畫面。AR 實境功能會即時使用相機來疊出方向光點，畫面只用於當下顯示，不會被拍下、不會被儲存、不會被上傳。

二、我們不會做的事

• 不販售你的個人資料。
• 不建立跨 App 的使用者檔案。
• 不上傳你掃描到的裝置清單。
• 不要求註冊、不收集姓名、電子郵件、電話或聯絡人。

三、廣告宣告（Google AdMob）

本 App 為免費提供，內含由 Google AdMob 供應的廣告。廣告形式有兩種：裝置列表頁底部的橫幅廣告，以及開始尋找前的獎勵式影片廣告。

3.1 廣告服務商會收集什麼

Google 及其廣告合作夥伴在提供廣告時，可能收集與使用下列資料：

• 廣告 ID（Advertising ID）——Android 系統提供、可由你重設的識別碼，用於衡量廣告成效與（在你同意時）投放個人化廣告。
• 裝置與環境資訊——裝置型號、作業系統版本、語言、粗略地區（通常由 IP 推得至國家或城市層級）、網路類型。
• 廣告互動記錄——廣告的曝光、點擊、影片觀看完成度，以及用於偵測無效流量與詐騙點擊的訊號。

3.2 個人化與非個人化廣告

如果你位於歐洲經濟區（EEA）、英國或瑞士，或位於適用美國各州隱私法規的地區，本 App 會在首次啟動時，透過 Google 的使用者訊息平台（User Messaging Platform, UMP）顯示同意選項，讓你選擇是否接受個人化廣告。

• 你同意時：可能會看到根據你的興趣推測而投放的個人化廣告。
• 你不同意時：仍會看到廣告，但改為非個人化廣告——這類廣告只依據當下情境（例如 App 內容與粗略地區）投放，不使用你的興趣輪廓。

3.3 你可以怎麼控制廣告

• 重設或刪除廣告 ID：Android 設定 → 隱私權 → 廣告，可重設識別碼（切斷與先前紀錄的關聯）或直接刪除（讓 App 取不到廣告 ID）。
• 關閉廣告個人化：同一個系統設定頁面提供「選擇退出廣告個人化」選項。
• Google 帳戶層級設定：Google 我的廣告中心。

3.4 廣告中介與其他廣告網路

本 App 目前未啟用任何廣告中介（mediation），廣告只由 Google AdMob 一家供應，沒有其他第三方廣告網路的 SDK。若日後導入其他廣告來源，我們會先更新本頁並在 App 更新說明中告知。

四、分析與當機回報

五、權限用途

六、資料保存與刪除

本機資料保存到你主動清除為止。你隨時可以：

• 在 App 內的裝置資訊卡選「忘記此裝置」，刪除該裝置的自訂名稱與校準紀錄；
• 到 Android 設定 → 應用程式 → 藍牙探測儀 → 儲存空間 → 清除資料，清空全部本機資料；
• 解除安裝本 App，本機資料會一併移除。

已傳送給 Google 的廣告、分析與當機資料，其保存期限依 Google 各該服務的政策辦理；你可透過上方第 3.3 節的方式控制廣告 ID。

七、兒童

本 App 不以兒童為對象，也未針對 13 歲以下（或你所在地區規定之同等年齡）的使用者設計或行銷，我們不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。

八、政策變更

本政策如有修改，我們會更新本頁最上方的生效日期；涉及資料處理方式的重大變更，會另外在 App 的更新說明中告知。

In one sentence: everything BlueRadar scans stays on your own phone, because we do not operate any servers. The app does contain Google advertising, analytics and crash reporting; everything those third parties receive is listed in sections 3 and 4.

1. Processed on your device and never sent anywhere

BlueRadar has no account system and we run no backend of our own. The following never leaves your device:

• Scanned Bluetooth information — broadcast device names, Bluetooth addresses, signal strength (RSSI), manufacturer IDs and service UUIDs, written to a local database only this app can read.
• Things you set yourself — custom device names, pinned state, one-metre calibration values, last-found timestamps.
• Your location. Android requires the location permission before any app may scan for Bluetooth, because scan results can in principle reveal position. BlueRadar requests it purely to satisfy that system requirement: it never reads GPS, never calls any coordinate API, and never records or uploads location.
• Camera imagery. The AR view uses the camera live to draw a direction beacon. Frames are displayed and discarded — never captured, stored or uploaded.

2. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not build cross-app user profiles.
• We do not upload the list of devices you scan.
• We do not ask you to register, and collect no name, email, phone number or contacts.

3. Advertising disclosure (Google AdMob)

BlueRadar is free and contains advertising supplied by Google AdMob, in two forms: a banner at the bottom of the device list, and a rewarded video before starting a find.

3.1 What the ad provider collects

• Advertising ID — a resettable identifier provided by Android, used to measure ad performance and, where you consent, to personalise ads.
• Device and environment information — device model, OS version, language, coarse region (usually derived from IP at country or city level), network type.
• Ad interaction records — impressions, clicks, video completion, and signals used to detect invalid traffic and click fraud.

3.2 Personalised and non-personalised ads

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, or in a US state with applicable privacy law, the app shows a consent choice on first launch through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP).

• If you consent, you may see personalised ads based on inferred interests.
• If you decline, you still see ads, but non-personalised ones — served on context alone (such as app content and coarse region), without an interest profile.

3.3 How you can control advertising

• Reset or delete your advertising ID: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Resetting breaks the link to earlier activity; deleting stops apps receiving an ID at all.
• Opt out of ad personalisation in that same system settings screen.
• Google account level: Google My Ad Center.

3.4 Mediation and other ad networks

BlueRadar currently uses no ad mediation. Ads come from Google AdMob only, and no other ad network SDK is present. If that changes we will update this page first and note it in the app's release notes.

4. Analytics and crash reporting

5. Permissions

6. Retention and deletion

Local data is kept until you remove it. At any time you can:

• use “Forget this device” in the device sheet to delete that device's custom name and calibration;
• clear everything via Android Settings → Apps → BlueRadar → Storage → Clear data;
• uninstall the app, which removes all local data.

Advertising, analytics and crash data already sent to Google is retained under Google's own policies; you can control the advertising ID using section 3.3 above.

7. Children

BlueRadar is not directed to children and is not designed or marketed for users under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and note material changes to data handling in the app's release notes.
